Aylin: a teacher for everyone

Today I emailed the entire team at Prepa IN to kick off internal testing of Aylin, our new artificial intelligence product.
Aylin is not a generic chatbot plugged into a website. It is an intelligent system built from the ground up to offer an immersive, highly personalized, and efficient learning experience, grounded in pedagogy and psychology, as well as the years of experience we have gained in education.
In practice, we want Aylin to understand where each student is struggling, adapt its explanations to their level, answer questions as they come up, reinforce topics they have not yet mastered, and support them throughout their learning journey. The idea is for every student to have a different experience, shaped by what they need, how they learn, and where they are in the process.
For a long time, this kind of personal, attentive, high-quality support has been available almost exclusively to students at private schools or from privileged backgrounds. Most of us never had access to it.
In fact, one of the reasons I decided to join Prepa IN was that I deeply believe in making quality education accessible to everyone. I see Aylin as an important step toward that goal.
What I want to build is an empathetic teacher who is always there for you. One who never gets tired of explaining something, no matter how many times you need to hear it. Who notices when something has not clicked before you fall behind. Who listens, understands how you learn, encourages you, and helps you grow, both as a student and as a person.
A teacher for everyone.
We plan to launch the first version of Aylin in late November. It is one of the biggest and most ambitious projects I have ever worked on, and I am incredibly excited to start sharing it with you.
